Argus Panoptes
Argus (or Argos), was also called Panoptes ("the all-seeing") because his entire body was covered with up to one hundred eyes. He was involved in a few adventures, as when Hera charged him to keep watch over Io, the nymph-turned-into-a-cow with whom Hera's royal husband, Zeus, had the firm intention to spend some time in a hayloft. To free Io, Zeus asked Hermes to slay Argus, a story which will no doubt deserve its own cartoon in the near future. The possibilities offered by a hundred eyes are simply limitless!
In fact, for more Argus, you can look here, here, here, and here.
